Zn-Cu-Ti---Inspiring the architects

Zn-Cu-Ti is usually called Titanium zinc, made of 99.95% pure zinc and 0.8%-1.0% copper for strength improvement, and 0.06%-0.2% titanium for reducing its creep rate. This invention changes its 200 years history of limitation to roof gutter and drainpipe, due to its easy bending, cutting and welding property.
Zinc-Cu-Ti alloy has excellent weathering resistance, formability and passivation into anodizing film, which enables architects to be more creative and expressive, and inspired.
Under normal circumstances, the lifespan of Zinc-Cu-Ti roof is 70 years, requiring no special maintenance. But its weak damp proofing requires that a special ventilated system and dampness damping system must be available, otherwise it could lose its functions due to erosive penetration.
