B&G has a new breakthrough to obtain the Utility Model Patent Certificate
During the past years, B&G was dedicated in long-term development by non-stop research and innovation. Recently, B&G has obtained the Utility Model Patent Certificate from the State Intellectual Property Bureau (Patent Number ZL 2015 2 0784446.8) for its newly invented secondary support structure.
In the past, secondary support structure was formed by thicker steel sheets and the shape was too simple, which resulted in a waste of material and poor wind resistance performance. After repeated studies and tests, B&G has made out a new secondary support structure, including the cover and the liner. These two parts are connected by buckling.
The cover can be standing, flat, conversely curved or internally bent panel. It can strengthen the anti-deformability and wind resistance by the standing and buckling structures.
The liner is designed into standing panel, side panel and bottom panel. The use of side panel and the bottom panel strengthens the anti-deformability of the buckle. Besides, the bottom panel makes the installation much easier by its linking with the lower parts and the ribs on the bottom panel also add to the stability of the structure. What is more, the notch on the standing panel, buckled and fastened with the hook on the cover, also eases installation and strengthens the structure.
B&G is striving to put the above mentioned Utility Model Patent into projects. This patent will surely have positive influence on the promotion and marketing of B&G’s full construction systems.
